Sesame chicken salad with a sweet chilli and lime dressing

Casserole of button mushrooms with leeks and Stilton flavoured (v)
with coarse grain mustard


Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings

Fillet of salmon with herb crushed new potatoes, wilted spinach
and a citrus butter sauce

Stuffed tomatoes filled with a lightly spiced couscous, red pepper sauce, parsnip and beetroot crisps

Chargrilled extra mature sirloin steak with a local ale and coarse grain mustard sauce

Roast Lamb rump with a red wine and cranberry jus, sweet potato mash

All main courses are served with fresh vegetables and potatoes
