  • Q. How can I book?
  • A. There are a number of ways to book a stay with us at the Royal hotel. You can either contact us by email or phone if you would prefer to deal with someone directly. Alternatively you can book via our website.
  • Q. How far are you from the city centre?
  • A. We are only minutes away from Baths main shopping area and many off its famous attractions, such as;
    • 0.3 miles from Roman Baths
    • 0.3 miles from The Abbey
    • 0.3 miles from Pump Rooms
    • 0.3 miles from Thermae Spa
    • 1 mile from Royal Crescent and The Circus
  • Q. Do you have car parking available? How much?
  • A. We do have car parking available however it is very limited and must be reserved on booking a room. This will be at a cost of £8.20 per night.
    There is lots of public car parking close by at reasonable rates, please see our Location page.

     

  • Q. What time does your restaurant open and how do I make a reservation?
  • A. Our recently refurbished restaurant is open from 12.00pm till 10.00pm. Reservations can either be made direct with the hotel by calling us on 01225 463134, or, by booking through Open Table.

     

  • Q. What time does the bar open and does it serve food
  • A. The bar is open for tea, coffee and drinks from 10.00am. The bar menu is available in the bar from 10.30am until 9.30pm.

     

  • Q. Can I store luggage prior to arrival and after checkout?
  • A. Should you arrive early or wish to spend some more time in Bath after check out we are able to store luggage for guests.

     

  • Q. What time is check in and check out? Is early check in or late checkout available?
  • A. Check in time is from 2.30pm and departure time is prior to 11.00am. If you do request an early check in or late checkout we can do our best to accommodate this but unfortunately cannot guarantee anything.

     

  • Q. Do you offer a laundry service?
  • A. Yes, we do offer a laundry service.

     

  • Q. Do you accept pets?
  • A. Unfortunately we do not accept any pets other than guide dogs.

     

  • Q. Do you have an in house computer or is there access to wi-fi? Is it free?
  • A. The hotel does offer free wi-fi to all guests; this is available in all bedrooms and public areas. Unfortunately we do not have an in house computer for guests to use but there is an internet cafe located across the road from us

     

  • Q. Do you offer room service?
  • A. We do offer room service.

     

  • Q. What is the cancellation policy?
  • A. If you do have to cancel a booking with us it must be done 48 hours prior to arrival.

     

  • Q. Do you cater for guests with dietary requirements?
  • A. We can cater for most dietary requirements with sufficient notice.
