My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel . We were supposed to go in February for our anniversary, but we finally got there at the end of May.
We had upgraded our room which had cost us £30 in total, but it was well worth it, as we had a seating area in the large room we were given, room 309. The room was spotless and we had two dressing gowns and slippers for our use in the wardrobe. The bed was so comfortable,,especially the pillows.
Due to Covid the room wasn’t serviced during our stay, but a package containing tee, coffee, milk, biscuits, bottles of water, was left outside our room the next day.
Breakfast again was serviced very well for our safety and the cooked breakfast was cooked to order, and delicious. We also ate in the restaurant both evenings. The service was excellent and the food was a French influence and thoroughly enjoyable. The bottles of wine were not overpriced, neither were the drinks in the bar.
We also paid extra fee to the hotel to park the car.So glad we did as the parking in Bath is very expensive.
Altogether, an excellent hotel, with well trained staff, well situated for touring the sites in Bath, Would have no hesitation in returning to Bath and this hotel.
