We walked into the hotel and received a genuine friendly welcome at reception, this continued at every point we had contact with any of the staff and nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

As well as excellent customer service, we were not disappointed with the restaurant food. It was obvious the chef had a passion for food, flavours, presentation and quantity were perfect.

Our room was clean, well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits. We are not keen on UHT milk, however, fresh milk which was available at the bar on request.

The hotel is well situated for walking to the major attractions, we parked the car in the hotels car park (you need to book in advance) this was really handy, just watch out for the screws dropped from the building site next to the hotel!

Overall we had a relaxing holiday, in a comfortable, clean friendly hotel and would certainly recommend you give it a try.
