We spent 2 nights in Bath for my birthday. What stood out for me was the amazing staff, always friendly, smiling, helping, making your stay very special.
We had 2 dinners and the food was modern european and very good, of high quality. The deserts, chocolate panacota and cheesecake were amazing. The breakfast a la carte had a lot of choice and was very good.
The rooms were clean with the quality new bedding. They provide a tray with tea, biscuits and even ground coffee which we loved. The hotel has excellent covid practices and we felt there very safe and comfortable. We had a brilliant stay. Thank you Royal for making our stay special. We will be back.
