My friend and I stayed in Bath for some R&R. We were welcomed with the most friendly greeting by Tim at the front desk. He made us feel like we were family. Incredibly friendly! We stayed in the family room so we would have a little extra room…we pack too much. The beds were soft and the bedding was fresh, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to take a bath, but we wish we would have, such a nice long tub! We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Again the staff was helpful and friendly. We had a great red wine and the my seabass was well cooked. Great selection of after dinner coffees. The staff was kind enough to lock up our luggage after we checked out so we could go to the Thermae Spa before we took the train back to London. I loved that we were so close to the train station so we could just walk there and it was a nice easy walk to all of the sights in town.
