My friend and I booked this hotel as a surprise treat for our other friend as an extra present before her hen do in Bath on the Saturday. It was perfect location and we were met by Tim on the front desk who actually made the stay in the hotel for us. He was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We had afternoon tea booked where could take own prosecco and we asked if he could store it and it was whisked off to be put in a fridge. The room was perfect with 3 single beds which were so comfy we didn’t rush up! We enjoyed the selection of of coffees, tea, hot chocolate. Breakfast was a lovely selection and all happy with hot breakfasts we ordered. The barman was really friendly too and happily made us late night tipples. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again!
