An excellent cozy hotel with a friendly, warm, atmosphere. Staff was attentive and caring. Rooms were small but extremely comfortable (the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud). The WiFi worked great. Breakfast was served at sit down tables (versus the buffet style that cheapens the experience). Food absolutely delicious. We also purchased the dinner package for a very reasonable added fee, and so glad we did. A three course meal is offered and you order off the menu. Food was magnificent – service professional. We would stay here again hands down should we return to Bath, which is highly likely given the charm of this city.
