This was my wife and I’s third time stay at The Royal Hotel and we were welcomed as usual by all staff, from the reception, to the bar. Andrea on reception is always helpful and always welcoming to us.

They are always prepared to help and accommodate guests whenever they need it.

As a habit, we always try to re-book the same room – 206, but unfortunately on this occasion, this was not possible. So rather than to disappoint us, they upgraded us to a fabulous 4 poster bed room, which was amazing.

We cannot comment on the other floors, but every stay we have had here on the second floor, the rooms every time, have been spotless. From the cleanliness of the beds, to the furniture and bathroom condition – we cannot fault the staff on any level.

The breakfast is perfect and the staff here too are always helpful and welcoming.
