On Sunday 11th August 2013 you can explore the city of Bath and help to raise money for a worthwhile cause by joining in with the Bath Cats and Dogs Home family bike ride. The hope is to raise money to save more abandoned and abused pets on this 12 mile cycle ride that is a family friendly, fun and well organised event.
Bath cats and Dogs Home is one of the largest animal re-homing centres in the UK which helps an amazing amount of pets each year. This year’s bike ride has 3 different lengths – 12 miles for families and 33 or 50 miles for more serious cyclists looking for a challenge. All riders must wear a helmet and those under 7 years of age cannot take part but are welcome to come along and watch.
Get outdoors and see the sights of Bath by bicycle and have fun with your family while helping a Bath charity. Your Bath spa break can be as energetic as you want and you will find many more fun activities in and around this beautiful spa town.
