The Best Things to Do in Bath in July 2024
Whether you want to explore the stunning Roman remains for which the city is rightly famous, take in the Georgian architecture, go to a comedy show or simply enjoy a delicious meal with friends in beautiful surroundings, you won’t be disappointed:
- Roman Baths – The Roman Baths are open all year round of course but July is a particularly good time to explore the parts that are open to the elements, such as the Great Bath and the Terrace.
- The Royal Crescent – One of the most stunning examples of Georgian architecture anywhere in the country today, or indeed the world, the Royal Crescent looks spectacular when illuminated by the July summer sunshine.
- Horatio Gould – Return of the Space Cowboy – If you fancy taking in an alternative comedy show during your stay, Horatio Gould might be your cup of tea. You can catch him at Nowhere bar and restaurant, which is on Lower Bristol Road, on 22rd July this year.
- Speed Dating – If you are travelling alone and would like to meet local men or women, try attending a speed dating event at the Hall & Woodhouse bar in Bath. If you are here in late July, there’s one due to take place on Thursday 25th July 2024.
