Having just returned from our 6th excellent stay at this hotel, we have already booked our annual trip for next year. The hotel staff are so welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional it makes the stay so much more pleasurable. The room is clean, comfortable having had a refurb, the bed gave us an excellent nights sleep, a good hospitality tray which included a cafetiere and filter coffee. Bottled water also provided.
The food surpasses all expectations, all cooked to order with the highest quality produce, much of it local. Unlike all other hotels we have stayed in, there are no supplements for anything on any of the evening or breakfast menus.
An added bonus for us is that our method of transport is by train, with the hotel located just across the road from the station which makes it the perfect place to stay.
Needless to say we have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel for anyone visiting Bath. Roll on next June unless we decide on another visit before then !!
