Arrived on the 16th of November and stayed the one night.

Hotel still following Covid guidelines with masks still a requirement in public areas. Nice to still feel safe, and the bar and restaurant areas were pleasent.

Room stunning, perfect for us as a couple. Perhaps a little hot for me under goose feather covers but the beds are perfect for those who want to cozy up on a cold winters night.

Perfect location to get to City Centre in walking distance from The Roman Baths, which I’d highly recommend for those with an interest in history.

Breakfast was incredible with a special mention to Margolzata. She was an impeccable hostess throughout service and really made our day.
Hotel in general was clean, well maintained and the team were very approachable.
