Just spent a few days at this wonderful hotel in the centre of Bath. All of the staff were brilliant – very friendly, helpful, chatty and always had a smile on their face.

The food we ate in their restaurant Brasserie Brunel was first class. Service was excellent, food to die for and great ambience in the warm, friendly restaurant.

We would definitely stay and eat there again when we next visit Bath
