Stayed back in February 2022 and had a great time so booked again to stay a few days ago. Such a great hotel, lovely staff who always go the extra mile. Great rooms that are all a bit different, large and well appointed. For us it’s the extra touches like chocolate mints and a cafetière in the room. Breakfast is superb and although it’s located directly opposite Bath Spa train station it’s still relatively quiet although there is some traffic noise so you can always ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Overall assessment is simply – Excellent.
