One of the most friendly and accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. Every member of staff I encountered were happy, bubbly and eager to help. Genuinely a lovely experience to stay there from check in to check out.

The convenience of being opposite the station was my initial reason for booking but now I will make a point of staying here in future trips to Bath. The staff really did brighten my day both ends of the stay.

The room was lovely and spacious, the bathroom large enough to be another bedroom with quite the luxurious bath to boot! Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfy, I felt warm and comfortable in the room. I felt safe as a solo traveller and sleep came very easily.

I recommend booking direct with the hotel as it provides the option for a room with a bath and for the dates I booked, breakfast was included in the price.

I highly recommend The Royal as the place to stay in Bath. Absolutely blew it out of the water for me.
