Royal Hotel was exactly what we needed when we became ill and had to cancel other travel plans during the busy graduation week in Bath. The amazing staff bent over backwards to provide what we needed. We felt cared for in every way and appreciated the old style hospitality. The huge bathtub in our room was such a nice change from the current minimalist showers found in most hotels. The breakfast was well executed with plenty of choices. When we decided to eat dinner in the hotel at the last minute, the staff figured out a way to accommodate us. Ana (from Portugal) and the ever present Mike were absolutely amazing. We hope to return to Bath and will not even consider staying anyplace other than Royal Hotel.
