Considering the building is over 100 years old you can see the staff and management take a great deal of pride and care in the hotel. the hotel itself is just across the road from the train station, the staff are excellent, housekeeping were friendly and approachable, and the room was impeccably clean. the restaurant and bar where wonderful, and the food was top quality. its a shame they are already booked for Christmas, as it would be my first choice to stay! I will be staying here again and would recommend this to anyone staying in Bath.
