We stayed for two nights 29 & 30th October on the autumn offer,we had previously visited before and knew what to expect,or so we thought , the deal was for dinner, bed and breakfast but we were not expecting to be greeted with such superb quality dining,we have eaten at many fine restaurants in many countries around the world but the Royal stands out as being one of the best. We were greeted on arrival with friendliness an professionalism. The bedroom was comfortable and all amenities were on offer including fine tea and coffee making equipment.We would have no compunction in recommending the Royal to anyone visiting the lovely city of Bath.We cannot speak more highly of this excellent hotel and will return in the near future.
