Lovely hotel — so convenient just opposite the railway station.
Very professional staff — we arrived early by train and our luggage was looked after so we could spend the afternoon in Bath without extra weight !
A very wide selection of breakfast food – the best variety I have seen in any hotel.
Food was cooked to order and staff took the trouble to ensure food preferences were taken into account.
Good quality cloth table napkins provided at breakfast and evening meals — attention to detail not often seen these days.
Evening restaurant meal was of good quality and served by attentive staff.
Our room was comfortable and very clean.
All in all, we had an excellent break on our first visit to Bath !!
