Excellent hotel, fantastic food and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Stayed for 7 nights and every delicious meal was cooked to order, piping hot and wonderfully tasty. Reception staff Heidi and Judith gave us the most amazing and friendly welcome we’ve ever had when checking in anywhere. Their colleague Tim is equally wonderful and all 3 made our stay so memorable. The restaurant and bar staff are also brilliant and will readily give their expert advice on food and drink when asked. The hotel is in a great location, directly opposite Bath Spa station and within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions of Bath. Will definitely return for another very relaxing hotel break and further immersion into the atmosphere and history of Bath. We arrived as strangers and felt we left as family.
