Lovely traditional hotel with exceptionally nice staff. We had a lovely two night break via Travelzoo and were privileged to enjoy the Palmer room on the top floor.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment at the moment but that didn’t affect our stay at all. Breakfast was top notch and our evening meal was delicious.
