We stayed for one night on the 18th May having stayed there several times before. The hotel is excellently situated opposite the railway station and a taxi rank, and close to the bus station and shops. Checking in and out is always simple and they will keep your luggage if you arrive early or want to leave later than check out time. The restaurant menu is varied and we’ve never had a bad meal there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and traffic noise is never a problem but the reason we keep coming back is the lovely staff. They have the happy knack of being both friendly and efficient and nothing is ever too much trouble. We are coming back in August and will come back at regular intervals now that lockdown is easing. We’ve missed visiting very much.
