I can not recommend this highly enough. The staff truly made our stay! Heidi welcomed us so warmly and nothing was too much trouble for any staff member, from the people servicing the rooms, to the people waiting at breakfast.
We had 2 twin rooms, with the spa break offer. We had a gorgeous evening meal on the Friday in the hotel, and spa vouchers for the Thermae Spa and Champagne afternoon tea in the hotel on the Saturday. 2 nights and breakfasts included. Such a good deal and we can highly recommend the cream tea and evening menus. The hotel was central for train station and accessing the city centre; most tourist locations or transport links within a 5min walk. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Beds and linen very comfortable. We had a lovely quiet stay and would certainly return. Thank you so much to the staff … you really made our stay!!
